Aaron believes that fitness training is a tool and a lifestyle. "We are all more capable than some of us really think."
Fitness and exercise is a science, and science cannot be disputed. "By doing the right things at the right time, in the correct way, our limits are immeasurable. That's what Method 360 is all about."
Aaron got into karate and kickboxing and almost immediately found his niche. "I loved one on one competition. Learning became fun and enlightening, and I viewed each competition as a chess match."
My personal goal is to eventually be able to fight again and/or compete on another stage in a different athletic endeavor. Maybe something along the lines of a Tough Mudder?
Aaron loves the the people/community at Method 360, and the philosophy. "We have all relevant fitness angles covered. We do science-based training with a dash of personal creativity. Method has allowed me to present my own ideas and my own style to training!"
