Brandon penned today’s blog post, a goodbye for now, from him. His message is bittersweet, and #mymethod will not be the same without our friends Davina and Brandon. We will miss you terribly!
When I finally found my personal role in our community - working with young athletes and applying a heavy-resistance philosophy to M360 classes – I never imagined a Methodless day. In fact, as I identified these passions of mine with the Method team, I felt closer to our community.
By the end of December I’ll feel more distant to our community (literally and figuratively) than ever before. I’ve accepted a new job in California, and it will be over a year before I’ll be able to return to 314 East First Street.
With my void, and Davina’s, comes opportunity for new perspective. If you pay attention to your instructors during class you know: it’s all about PERSPECTIVE. New perspective is what makes Method 360 a bona fide health and wellness community. Our community can’t be loosely defined and finding your role within is an organic process. You need to feel this shit. People who have felt the unity I’m trying to describe know: there are no Methodless days and we are forever connected.
