What is Method 360?

A complete full body workout meant to get the absolute most out of an hour.  Method 360 is based on the science behind the metabolic process of the body and additionally, it works to prevent injury not only in classes but also in outdoor fitness activities, races, and athletics.  There are yogic undertones to our movements which lead not only to balanced fitness, but also to added flexibility and body awareness.  

Being in shape is more than just working hard, it's about working smart.
Our classes are open level and are modifiable to almost every fitness level, from the novice to the trained athlete, and to both males and females.  Our results speak for themselves.  We are educated, we are opinionated, and we will teach you what we know.  We will work you hard and you'll love us for it.  Change your perspective on what fitness looks like.
