We want you to remember that you’re important, too. So this week I’m checking in to ask, “What is your personal priority?”
Mine changes from season to season, sometimes even week to week. I often look up & find the month has fled by. “Ohhhh, I was supposed to focus on X!!” And by then I haven’t accomplished my goal, and it feels like I’m not breathing anymore.
But, I know better than that: I see you when you come in to Method 360. I notice when you’re here, how you’re doing, and when you’re not here. Some of you share your accomplishments and struggles. So, I know that you experience seasons of shifting priorities, too.
As we embark on a season of gratitude, overwhelm, joy, loneliness, togetherness, and celebration, remember that you matter. If you don't put yourself on the list of things to take care of, it really does affect those around you. When there’s nothing left over for yourself, suddenly you’ll look up and realize that you’ve dropped the ball on yourself.
