After gaining a lot of weight with her first pregnancy, Jillian was determined not to do the same during her second pregnancy. "That's when fitness became a very important part of my life. Fat metabolism was my initial goal, and when I started to see results beyond that both physically and psychologically- that's when it stuck."

Certifications: NASM, Method 360 100-hour Certification. Jillian is currently working on her CSCS Corrective Exercise certification.
