Katrina became a trainer because of her passion for fitness and desire to help others on their fitness journeys!
She focuses on making sure clients are able to perform to the best of their ability. Katrina hopes to inspire people to push themselves beyond what they think they are capable of! And she also knows that they know best when to dial back.
"Anyone is capable of being fit. Anything you do to be fit is amazing, whether it be getting up off the couch and taking a walk to training 5-6 days a week!"
Katrina's personal goals in fitness are to continue to become stronger, lift heavier, and compete in a body building competition in the fitness category in the next year.
