I know you readers may be thinking, “Hell, NO! I cannot get up that early!!” Well, I’m here to tell you that most of the 5:30 crew doesn’t want to get up that early but they have made a choice because they want to see change. If it’s the ONLY time of day that fits perfectly into their schedule, then that’s what they have to do.
This is true for Lib. “Don't get me wrong: I'd love to stay in bed and sleep for an hour longer, but I know I've got to manage my 24. My high school basketball coach always said, ‘The one thing we humans have in common is we all have 24 hours in a day. The only difference is what you do with your 24 hours.’ It’s all about time management for me.
“As long as I can remember I've been a member of a team. When my time as a teammate was over last year, I wasn't sure how to start my fitness life without them. I found I don't have to because I have everyone at Method as my teammates. I’m not just a member of a gym but instead a part of a great community.”
“One day I'd maybe like to become a Method 360 trainer, and I'd like to focus on training high school athletes. When I was in school I didn't have half the knowledge that I have now, and that's just because I work out at Method 360!!”
