Whatever it is, something has shifted, and it’s left you a little off-kilter.
For September's Success Story Meredith Stewart, her struggle began when she moved to CNY from Canada after getting married. Uprooted, she missed her busy life teaching, coaching, and playing a sport she loved!
Meredith felt lost, trying to find “the same sense of purpose and belonging I coveted in Toronto.”

For Meredith, it was remembering that she loves a team atmosphere.
Introduced to “the amazingness that is Method 360” by her lululemon coworkers, Meredith immediately liked that “when Trish sent us into the circuit, she told us to go to a station with people we didn’t know and introduce ourselves. It was awesome: just what I wanted and needed! The community was warm and welcoming.”
She also remembered that she loves to see what she’s capable of, and “Method provides a team atmosphere without the egos or competition. The support and camaraderie from other members and coaches is amazing. I like to push myself, but I like to push myself against myself.”

“The strength training and conditioning at Method allowed me to train with little-to-no modification. I gained a healthy 35 pounds, even though my stomach was measuring on the smaller side, and everyone assumed I was going to have a small baby. Much to their surprise (and my own), I had an 8lb 2oz, 22" long baby! I'm still not entirely sure how Layla fit in there, but I'm pretty sure Core 360 played a big role in providing the support for my growing belly.”
Yet another shift obviously occurred once Layla was born, and Meredith quickly learned to put on her oxygen mask to take care of herself. She advises, “Make the time for yourself…your family will appreciate you for it, and so will you!”
“Method is an hour all to myself, for myself, while I know that my daughter is having a blast in the childcare room with the amazing moms & dads who work there!”
The investment of time during pregnancy paid off for Meredith: between nursing and 2-3 Method classes a week, after about 4-5 months postpartum, she’s comfortably back in pre-pregnancy shape. “I don't want to say that I have my pre-pregnancy body back, because that's a lie. My body is different, and I'm not sure it will ever be the same...if I were typing this on my iPhone there would be a great emoji for that!”

The process might look different, you may have to change your schedule or game plan, and you might have to sacrifice some other things. But if you want something badly enough, go get it. Put your oxygen mask on, carve out time for yourself, and make a plan.
