Molly tells us that Method has helped her to gain knowledge about fitness … a lot of knowledge! Molly said that she has learned ‘that fitness offers so much more than just the aesthetic piece.’ Bravo, Molly!! Most of us don’t realize this until we were in our 40s!!! “Rather than just running on a treadmill for an hour and thinking that will suffice, I’ve learned tools at Method that allow me to make the most of my time at any gym.”
So, what’s better than finding your workout groove and the place you love to do it? Finding your perfect workout partner! Molly became fast friends with Jeanna during the 4:30 classes. They became workout buddies and friends and continue to push each other every day. Molly rediscovered the camaraderie she missed from high school sports.
This summer Molly recommitted to going to the gym 5 days a week. It reminded her that exercise is a great stress reliever and she wanted to make sure she continued the habit into the upcoming school year. To make sure she succeeded with her goals, she started personal training with Katrina. Her goal was to learn even more about fitness and lifting. Katrina showed her proper form and how to incorporate compound lifts. Molly says she now feels much less intimidated and confident heading into a new semester.
