Jason’s Method 360 story began like many others do...he was referred by another client.
"I got involved with Method 360 at the advice of my sister Cindy. I had gone through a period of being inactive and gained a lot of weight. I had a gym membership that I never used because I found the gym to be boring; running on a treadmill and strength machines weren't for me. My sister had been attending M360 for a while and was seeing results so she convinced me to try a class. My first class was a lower body class, which was a mistake, since I could barely walk for three days after. Despite the pain in my legs, I really liked the class and how it was set up, so I decided to stick with it.
Before starting M360 I was a mess physically. I was overweight, had joint pain, felt tired all the time and was very discouraged for letting myself get to that point. I feel dramatically better, physically and mentally, since starting M360. My strength and endurance levels are much better and my body composition has changed for the better. Other than occasional soreness from class I have no pain and I feel sharper mentally.
M360 is a great way to improve your strength and fitness level. The classes are designed for any level of fitness and any exercise can be modified. The trainers and staff are knowledgeable and supportive. The other participants are also supportive, no egos to be seen. I keep going to class because it works. Despite how I am feeling before class I always leave class feeling great both physically and mentally. I usually attend the 5:30 classes and I think it's a great way to start the day.
My goal when I started was to lose weight and get back in shape. The results have been better than expected. I have lost over 20 pounds and I am more fit now than I've been probably since high school. Future goals are to continue to improve my strength and endurance and I would like to participate in a triathlon before the end of the summer. -Jason
We asked Jason some questions about Method 360 & his transformation:
• What inspires you to keep going when it gets difficult life, kids etc.? The results I have seen keep me motivated. Wanting to get healthy and stay healthy for my wife and kids inspires me.
• What have you learned from M360? To focus on getting fit, not so much on losing weight.
• What would you tell someone who is on the fence about trying M360? Just try it, what do you have to lose? If you stick with it you'll see/feel the results.
• What is your favorite Trish-ism? "We're doing this just to keep the pan over the fire."
