"I have been getting Trish's emails on East Side Moms since 2012 and kept filing them away. I knew her classes sounded amazing, but with a new baby, I just wasn't quite ready. As my youngest turned 1, I became motivated to get back in shape. I started running around the neighborhood with friends, then I ran my first 5k ever in Oct 2012. I knew I needed more of a challenge and a class atmosphere to push myself, so I bought a 5-class pass in Feb 2013. I've always played sports growing up, but I have never done anything like what we do in Method 360 classes. After those 5 classes, I was hooked and have been an "unlimited monthly" member since.
"I often talk about Method 360 wherever I go because I love it so much and it has brought so many positive changes to my life. I tell people that this is something that everyone can do, no matter what their athletic ability or fitness level is. It is an efficient workout where you work every plane of motion, every muscle in your body in one hour. Who doesn't have one hour in their day to spare toward bettering their health? I have had so many excuses for so long with the craziness of the schedule with young kids, however, I decided to make my health a priority and a long as I sit down over the weekend and set up my fitness schedule for the following week, I realize that there is always that bit of time to fit in a good workout. I also love how I feel when I attend class regularly, so that makes it easy to continue coming.
"The trainers at Method 360 are so encouraging and the workout buddies I have met over the last 15 months have been incredible. The changes I have seen in my own body have shown me that this is the best way that I should be working out. In all the years of sports, I have never been so fit as I am now. It is also fun. I look forward to coming to class and am smiling throughout. I love that while we are working hard at a station, we are also learning the science behind what we are doing. I've heard of aerobic and anaerobic heart rate before, but didn't realize how they felt or how they were achieved. Every exercise we do is carefully planned out so that we use our fat as fuel. How incredible is that? I have also learned that the cardio I used to do, such as running for 30-45 minutes to get in shape for soccer, is not all that effective. I am still able to pepper in runs, and biking, but Method 360 is the foundation of my fitness and allows me to do my other sports more effectively and efficiently."
We asked Beth to describe her experience with Method 360; this is what she had to say:
What goals have you achieved since starting M360? What do you hope to achieve in the future?:
I really owe all of my fitness goals to Trish and Method 360 classes. It is through this program that I have gained the confidence to ask myself what else I can do. I never even thought I would make it through the first M360 class, but it wasn't long before I was setting even bigger goals for myself. I completed my first two sprint triathlons last season and this year have 5 triathlons on my schedule, including an Olympic distance, along with a half marathon and a full century ride. I never would have dreamed I could do these things, but Method 360 has turned me into a triathlete. Throughout this journey, I have also shed over 50 pounds, which has been an added bonus. I realize I'm also the type of person that likes to keep upping the ante, so in the future I hope to complete a half Ironman.
What would you tell someone who is on the fence about trying M360?: Just try it. You won't be disappointed and as you leave your first class, you will be thinking about when you can come back.
What is your favorite Trish-ism?: "You gotta keep the pan hot." As I'm sauntering over to my next station because I'm feeling exhausted, she says this to us, so I pick it up and realize that the 10 second break between exercises is all we need and then we have to get that heart rate back up again.

We have watched you transform yourself before our eyes and are so proud of all of the accomplishments you have made over the past 15 months.
