Christmas Eve 2013, Jeff had surgery on a destroyed peroneal tendon, which looked like spaghetti. Doctors borrowed a tendon from the inside of his foot & moved it to the other side! Jeff knew he would be limited with what he’d be able to do post-surgery. His half-marathon days were over, which is what kept him fit.
One year post-surgery, Jeff was still in a ton of pain & 20 pounds heavier! Short of going through the ordeal one more time with no guarantees, the surgeon had no ideas left for Jeff, who “wasn’t responding like he thought I should have."
“The next week I came to my first Method 360 class, & no bullshit, the next day I was surprised at how little my ankle was irritated! After a couple classes it had stopped bothering me on a day-to-day basis altogether! I still have some bad days with it now & then but for the most part it’s SO much better...and I know it is from getting it moving again, at my pace.
“That pace has steadily increased for me in the last 5-6 weeks. I am down 13 pounds & feel better than I have in over 3 years since the pain in my ankle started! I am 46-years-old & won’t feed you a line and say I am the best shape of my life, (hell that will never be true unless I can go back 30 years), but I am working on it!”

“Thank you for helping me out of a rut. All the trainers & coaches deserve the praise you hand out to us after a great class. You motivate me to work harder & push farther, & some mornings that ain’t easy. Brandon has been really cool with Jake, teaching him some exercises to help in baseball, & Wendy got the whole class to sing to Jake at 5:30 in the am for his 16th birthday. Yes I made him go on his birthday. I am a hard ass.
“I have read through the entire website. I look at the Success Stories, & it’s cool to see those people in class. I really do gather momentum from others during class. I am amazed sometimes when I look around and see others going freaking ballistic.

Jeff is inspiring to those of us who think there’s nothing left to gain from fitness. Are you stuck? Dealing with a plateau or injury? We encourage you to seek one-on-one feedback via a personal training session or an assessment. You’ll be shocked at what you learn about yourself.
Jeff, we know you are a “back-of-the-room, under-the-radar type of person”, so we are particularly grateful that you shared your story with our clients! As a thank you, please accept a free assessment for both you & Jake!
