“Making time for myself makes me better at being a mom and a friend” – and it makes her relationship with herself better!
Susanna gets up with the early birds, sacrificing sleep to meet her goals. “I made it a priority to schedule classes when kids are sleeping, that way, I do not take away time for being present. I cannot say I am tired or don’t have time. Now I go to class, make breakfast, have time for my devotion, and to reflect about what my day should look like.”
She likes that at Method 360 “no class is ever the same…the trainers work the whole body and your mind without you realizing it.”
It must be worth it! “I feel better, have more energy, self-confidence to believe that yes I can do it, relationships I built, a whole different outlook about everything.”
If you’re thinking it’s time to get motivated – to get fit – Susanna has some advice: “Start, one day at a time, but start. All the past years I had so many excuses, and now I say why did I not start earlier?!
