Something had to change. First she broke a bone that put her out of commission physically. Then she became sick of her own bullshit.
Granted, her broken bone was legit, but “the years leading up it were full of excuses about why I hadn’t seen results, why I still looked and felt the way I did. I’d been killing myself for years and conditioned myself to have mini anxiety attacks at the thought of cardio, leaving me averse to keep going.”
Caitlin’s background in anatomy & physiology gave her just enough information to try everything herself – with no success. “I sought out Method 360 for its underpinnings in science, because I knew there was a reason nothing was working.”
“I’d never stepped foot in Method 360 before registering for my first assessment and 10 classes. Even if it was the worst mistake of my life, I only had to show up 10 times. However, I was pretty optimistic (because science, duh) and ended up hooked after my first class!
Immediately, she learned she needed to focus on a particular split between cardio and resistance during classes. Caitlin loved that she was not only presented with modifications and options for each exercise, but “I actually felt okay in being the only person doing jumping jacks instead of mountain climbers. Everyone there is just doin’ their own thing, for themselves.”

“I’ve put my foot down about taking on responsibilities if they don’t leave me one hour for myself. If I can’t get an hour of time — at the crack of dawn or in a frenzied rush after work — then my day needs to be reevaluated.”
Caitlin hopes you will consider this truth: “Just last year I would’ve scoffed and rolled my eyes at the ‘one little hour’ necessity, but I promise that you can see it that way too!”

Caitlin warns: “Ultimately, no one can make you genuinely want something. You have to want to change and you have to decide to commit. At first it may very damn well seem like sacrifice. Have patience and faith in the Method 360 process to know that it’s actually the best thing you could give yourself.”
