Kristin, an avid soccer player, let life get in the way. Her athleticism was put aside. She wanted to regain her strength, mobility, & love of a team environment. She found all of these at Method 360 as a client, then took a big risk in becoming a trainer to help others “get” what they wanted from the classes.
“I can do all the things I used to be able to do when I was playing soccer. There is nothing worse for an athlete than to lose their ability to perform. It’s depressing!!! Not only can I perform at the same level as before, I am a better-rounded athlete, and I have core strength.”
Kristin is known for her fun, lively attitude during classes. She dances while assisting on Saturdays and tells clients the BS of “old” theories on fitness during her TRX class.
“I confirmed that all the stuff I thought was crap about fitness really was crap. There was a reason it wasn’t working for me and it wasn’t that I was doing it wrong or had no will power. It’s not all cardio, people! Teacher training just reinforced that.”
